[back] Things You Need to Know To
register for the Congress, to reserve your hotel accommodations and
for planned tours, please complete the Congress
Registration Form and mail it with a check or money
order payable to: Asia-Pacific
Council of Optometry. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars
(credit cards cannot be processed). Send the registration form and
fees to:
Office of Secretary-General Besides a current passport, you may need a visa for visiting Japan. (See Passports & Visas section on the Travel Tips.) The Japan Tourist Bureau (JTB) will handle hotel accommodations and tours. Information is enclosed along with reservation forms. These are sent to the JTB Corp. as noted on the enclosed forms. Mail the hotel reservation form to:

to complete and return the registration and hotel forms...and
remember they go to two separate addresses. Deadline is 11
September, 2005. General questions can be addressed to: Dr.

are sought from the academic and practice community relative to the science
and clinical practice of optometry.
We welcome reports of current research, clinical case studies and
procedures. Submission deadline
for abstracts has been extended from April 30, 2005 to
May 31, 2005.
